This week’s theme has been REFLECTION, and I find myself drawn to reflecting on the implicit bias that I’m saddened is still prevalent in our society today.
As a mentor of mine shared, daily reflection is “where the gold is”. Taking even 5 minutes to reflect every morning and evening allows us to adjust, adapt, and pivot our mindsets and actions. And live your life INTENTIONALLY.
Other than the morning, the only bookend for your day is the evening reflection. Intentionally making even minor changes in your day lead to big changes – in our mental state, in our relationships, in our work.
