The main theme for a leadership team workshop I recently facilitated was RECONNECTING with each other, but the team also wanted to RESET how they work together. To accomplish this, we leveraged Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle concept, with the team “WHY” in the middle, followed by the “WHAT” and the “HOW”.
