Ready to Thrive in 2025?
As we at HuWork have been reflecting on 2024, constant change has been a clear theme for us and our clients. I believe there are two keys to succeeding amidst ongoing change and uncertainty: #1: Hope - even if we don't have the answer, we need hope. #2: Feeling valued and equipped to succeed. This is true in our personal lives and at work.
In a business setting, we believe that in a rapidly evolving world, organizations and leaders that center their efforts on engaging their people are the ones that will succeed. In 2024, we’ve been inspired by leaders who are taking bold steps to create human-centered workplaces where teams flourish and challenges turn into opportunities. Leaders such as Satya Nadella who transformed Microsoft's culture from a competitive, internal-focused company to a collaborative, customer-centric one. He emphasizes empathy, growth mindset, and a focus on innovation. Or my client who transformed his IT team's culture from transaction-fixation to a more human-centered one by altering how he leads his team meetings and 1:1 meetings. Now he has employees from other parts of the company reach out to see if there's an open role for them on his team. What about you? 1. We are excited to launch the updated (and mobile-friendly) version of our Human FactorTM Assessment - now fully automated and still complementary.
