Headshot of Bijal Choksi, MA, PCC

I believe that every human can live an extraordinary life and every team can be high performing if given the right support. With a background in organizational psychology and 25+ years of experience in consulting and coaching, I understand human and organizational behavior–and the challenges that often come up. My coaching leverages research-backed methods to increase job satisfaction, engagement, and productivity. I’m passionate about how to practically apply findings from the field of positive psychology to one’s everyday life...resulting in clients living a successful, extraordinary life.

In addition to my consulting and coaching background, I reported to the head of HR for McKinsey and Company, where my team was responsible for performance evaluations, compensation, recruiting, on-boarding, and administration.

My top two StandOut strength roles are Provider and Pioneer. As a Provider, I genuinely care for all my clients and provide a safe space for them to share challenges and work with me to get past them on their path to success. As a Pioneer, I’m always looking for the unique solution for my clients, and challenging them to break old habits and patterns that no longer serve them.

When not working, you can find me socializing with friends, playing tennis with my hubby and two boys, or meditating.
