Here’s what I think I do best. I take the complex, chaotic or ambiguous, and break it down into small steps to drive clarity and simplification. I listen deeply to identify what’s at the root of business and people challenges to determine what really needs to be addressed or solved.
With over 20 years of experience, I build relationships and credibility quickly. I’m able to assess an organization’s most critical needs and will meet the business with simple, practical solutions. I advise companies big and small (anything from Fortune 100 global organizations to tech startups and political nonprofits). I have extensive experience guiding executives to align their organizations with their ever-evolving strategic priorities.
Finally, I am a truth teller. In the name of progress and improvement, I can kindly raise what others may not be willing to bring to the surface. All of this is in the name of being more human at work, and unleashing the potential and unique strengths of people.
